Deck Services, Inc. has represented a family business serving the Valley of the Sun in the pool deck industry and is a repair and restoration specialist in Kooldecking for the last 30 years. My father, Manuel Fraijo, was one of the first installers of Kooldeck in Phoenix, Arizona. This experience adds to our expertise in analyzing your project with our acrylic fortified Kooldeck and Koolstone®. Our goal is to make your restoration project look brand new; not just redone.

Koolstone® is an acrylic-enhanced cement veneer with the colors actually mixed in giving Koolstone®, tile, brick and flagstone effect a more realistic look, with a hard and durable surface. Koolstone® is a textured non-slip surface and because it is a veneer it eliminates the elevation problem caused by real tile or stone, is comparatively more cost effective and cooler than real flagstone and your typical acrylic systems.
